Extended cookies policy

Premise
This policy is provided with reference to the www.benedettaboroli.com site (the “Site”), on which LUCE SRL operates, as provider of the registration and sales service and as manager of the Site and controller of the Personal Data of the Users collected through it. LUCE SRL therefore provides the following policy with reference to the Site requesting consent to the installation of cookies.

What are cookies and what are they used for.
Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by users send to their terminals (computers, mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets) where they are stored to be re-transmitted to the same sites on subsequent visits.

How to express consent to profiling cookies.

  • scrolling the page.

  • Interaction with external social networks and platforms
This type of service allows interaction with social networks, or other external platforms, directly from the pages of this online space. The interactions and information acquired from this online space are in any case subject to the User's privacy settings relating to each social network. This type of service could still collect traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when Users do not use it. It is recommended to disconnect from the respective services to ensure that the data processed on this online space is not linked to the User's profile.

    This activity is carried out by tracking Usage Data and the use of Cookies, information that is transferred to the partners to which the remarketing and behavioral targeting activity is connected.
    In addition to the possibility to opt-out offered by the following services, the User can opt for the exclusion from the receipt of cookies relating to a third service, by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
    • Remarketing Google Ads (Google Inc.)
      Remarketing Google Ads is a remarketing and behavioral targeting service provided by Google Inc. that connects the activity of this online space with the Google Ads advertising network and the DoubleClick Cookie. Users may choose not to use Google cookies to personalise ads by visiting Google's Ad Settings.

The services contained in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyse traffic data and are used to keep track of User behaviour.

      Google Ads conversion tracking is a statistics service provided by Google Inc. that links data from the Google Ads network with the actions taken within this online space.

With respect to the information collected by the cookies installed directly from the Site, LUCE SRL, as data controller, specifies the following:
  • the data is collected only for the purposes and for the duration indicated in the tables above and is processed by computer;
  • as regards the "technical" cookies, as indicated above, we reiterate the use of these cookies does not require the user's prior consent since these are cookies necessary to allow navigation within the Sites and the proper functioning of the Sites themselves. In case of removal of technical cookies through browser settings, browsing within the Sites may not be, in whole or in part, possible;
  • the data collected by the first-party cookies may be communicated to subjects acting on behalf of LUCE SRL as data controllers or processors, for purposes related to those described above. With respect to such data, the user is reminded that he can exercise the rights to articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation, as better described in the Information on the processing of personal data available by selecting the "Privacy Policy" link in the footer of the Website page.
Finally, with reference to third-party cookies, we remind you that the purposes of these cookies, the logic underlying their processing and the management of user preferences with respect to the cookies themselves are not determined and/or verified by this online space, but by the third party who supplies them, as supplier and controller of the processing, as indicated in the table above. However, regardless of whether this online space considers that the user has validly expressed his consent to the installation of cookies, including third parties, this online space undertakes to provide support to the users who requests it - at the indicated contact details- about how to exercise their selective consent/denial or to delete cookies from their browser.
