4. Legal basis of the processing
We process your personal data only in the presence of one of the conditions established by current legislation, and specifically:

When we process your data for the conclusion of the purchase contract of which you are part we take care to use only the minimum information necessary for the execution of the same. This basis legitimises the processing of personal data that takes place in the following activities:

h) data provided for commercial communications activities, opinion polls and market research: until the user requests to interrupt the activity and in any case within 2 years from the last interaction of any kind of user with BENEDETTABOROLI;
i) data used to personalise the Site and to show personalised commercial offers: within one year of the last interaction of any kind of user with BENEDETTABOROLI;
j) data used for market research and satisfaction surveys: until the User asks for the cessation of the activity.
